Elevation Parks awarded contract for Mystic Park operations

Alpine Community Plantations and Alpine Shire Council are thrilled to announce that Elevation Parks has been successful in its tender to oversee management, operations, and maintenance of Mystic Park in Bright.

Elevation Parks is responsible for Maydena Bike Park in Tassie and the design and construction of many more  – so we know that Mystic is in the best hands.

Mystic Park’s new operators are ready to elevate your Bright MTB experience

Elevation Parks has been selected by Alpine Shire Council as the preferred commercial operator to oversee the management, operations, and maintenance of Mystic Park.

Not only are Elevation Parks responsible for Maydena, they are the brains behind some of Australia’s best mountain bike parks including the newly opened Narooma.

You know Hero Trail? Yep, that was their design and construction back in 2016 and it’s been giving Mystic riders a thrill ever since.

The new operators have huge plans for Mystic, which will include extensive new trail development, major trail upgrades, bike patrol, new uplift options and other upgrades for riders, and other park users.

“We want to work with the local community to build a much bigger, better bike park, that caters to a broader range of riding styles and rider abilities.”

Alpine Community Plantations (ACP) would like to extend a huge thank you to Blue Dirt for keeping things running smoothly to date.

Elevation Parks takes over Mystic Park in July 2024 but until then, it’s business as usual with Blue Dirt who will continue maintenance and shuttles.

ACP will wrap up later this year, but we aren’t quietly quitting. We have a few more exciting park and trail developments that we are actively working on and hope to announce in the coming weeks before we turn off the ACP lights for good.
